As a Christ-follower, I consider myself to be a learning, growing, disciple. All over our country at this time, young people will be leaving high school at their graduation ceremonies. It's a great time for celebration and nostalgia - - but do you realize this:
You will NEVER graduate from the school of discipleship!
That means what you now KNOW is not good enough for tomorrow. What you have LEARNED is not adequate for your future.
The Bible says to "add" to our faith - that's what a growing disciple does. I love it when I read a book or hear a speaker challenge me to see something in a "different way" - a different vantage point with info and facts that I may have never considered before. Sometimes I accept this, other times I don't - BUT I'm always WILLING and able to look - to see - to learn something different and new - why? Because I'm not satisfied where I am!
Are you?
